SCOPE OF COVERAGE

• Hull, Equipment and Machinery including engines and all equipment manufactured or added permanently to the vessel.
• Personal effects such as accoutrements, clothing, and fishing equipment
• General Liability for injury or death to third persons outside the vessel
• Damages to Property of Others including other vessels, piers, and marinas.
• General Liability for injury or death to Passengers
• Costs and Expenses of Hoists, refloating and removal of the debris of the stricken vessel.
